Melavex is currently recruiting on behalf of an established industrial company entering an exciting new phase of growth and commercial transformation.
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager who wants to make a genuine impact on a business, influence its direction and play a key role in taking its sales performance to the next level.
This is a player-coach opportunity, offering the perfect balance between hands-on business development, strategic leadership and team development.
The Opportunity
- Lead, motivate and develop a sales team while remaining actively involved in winning new business.
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, market expansion and commercial strategy.
- Play an integral role in shaping the company's next phase of growth and transformation.
- Identify new commercial opportunities, develop relationships and negotiate high-value deals.
- Establish a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, development and results.
- Work closely with senior leadership to influence the wider commercial direction of the business.
Who We're Looking For
- An experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
- A natural player-coach who enjoys both leading people and winning business.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Someone who thrives in an environment where they can influence change and make a tangible impact.
- Industry experience is NOT a requirement. We're open to sales leaders from any sector who are willing to learn a new market and bring fresh ideas and perspectives.
The Package
- Position: Sales Manager (Player-Coach)
- Location: USA – Fully Remote
- Base Salary: $175,000–$200,000
- Additional Earnings: Commission + Performance Bonus
- Industry: Industrial (Open to candidates from all sectors)
