Job Responsibilities
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Managing appointment check-ins and scheduling Creating a seamless, elevated patient experience Phone calls Paperwork Management Communicating with staff and patients in an efficient, warm and professional manner Keeping the front desk organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Required: Great attitude and communication skills, willingness to learn. Comfort with technology. Preferred: Front desk or customer service experience. Some college education.
