The Role As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll be a vital member of the Student Health Center (SHC) team, reporting to the Associate Director of the Student Health Center and the Lead Physician. Most of your time will be spent delivering direct care to students, with opportunities to contribute to department planning, quality improvement initiatives, committee participation, and outreach efforts. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of California with national board certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both written and verbal-are essential. You should be comfortable using computers and electronic health records. Experience working in higher education and an interest in serving students from historically marginalized communities is highly preferred.
