Leasing Manager

Position Title: Leasing Manager • Location: On-site / Las Vegas, Nevada • Position Type: Full-time / Hourly / Non-exempt • Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour Responsibilities Lead the leasing effort at the property, train and supervise the leasing staff, and direct all aspects of sales activities. Provide value to the community by assessing client needs and delivering solutions aligned with community goals and stakeholder interests. Knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention; oversee lease renewals and maintain high levels of returning residents. Prepare move-in paperwork and conduct move-in orientations with new residents. Walk units during move-in and move-out, and as otherwise directed; assist with resident functions. Review and approve resident applications as directed by the property manager. Maintain positive customer relations and respond to inquiries from prospects and residents. Inspect the community for maintenance needs, assist with move-outs and vacancies as requested, and coordinate with maintenance staff. Coordinate and oversee marketing and sales programs; maintain market information including amenities, facilities and pricing. Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and company procedures; maintain accurate property records and documentation. Assist in leading regular community team meetings and communicate goals and progress to the team. Open the office on schedule and ensure the office and model apartments are kept clean and ready for viewing. Request and process service orders from residents and follow up on completed work. Participate in weekly leasing activity calls as requested. Qualifications Education and Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred; in lieu of a degree, equivalent experience in residential properties or rental operations; minimum of one year of relevant experience. Computer Skills: Property management software (e.g., RealPage or similar); MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Physical Demands: Ability to see, hear, talk, handle objects, and perform required movements; capable of lifting up to 10 pounds. Work Environment: Moderate noise; occasional monitoring or recording for training purposes. Travel: Minimal; local travel as required. Other: Knowledge of Fair Housing laws; ability to work evenings, overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
