Job Summary
Provide excellent service for guests in assigned section. Accept payment and reconcile sales.
Responsibilities
Attend staff meeting at the beginning of each shift.
Help with the set-up of dining area each shift
Attend training to improve product knowledge.
Offer guidance and answer guest questions, regarding menu items.
Accept payment and reconcile all sales at the end of shift.
Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.
Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.
Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
Qualifications
Previous fine dining experience preferred
Ability to carry large tray
Willingness to learn
Ability to work standing for a 6+ hours.
