Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Missouri Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMThis full-time LCSW position involves providing virtual clinical services to clients across Missouri. The clinician will support clients through assessment, ongoing therapy, and care planning while maintaining a consistent approach to quality documentation and ethical practice. The role is designed for an LCSW who is comfortable managing client care remotely, building therapeutic relationships through telehealth, and using clinical judgment to support each client's treatment goals.ResponsibilitiesConduct psychosocial assessments and gather relevant client informationFacilitate individual therapy sessions through telehealthIdentify client goals and establish appropriate treatment directionReview treatment progress and make updates when clinically appropriateComplete required clinical documentation accurately and on scheduleMaintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards
