Luxor Staffing is hiring a Sandblasting Technician paying up to $20 per hour with 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

• 2nd shift 10:00am-6:30pm (overtime available)

Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces
• Remove rust, mill scale, and oils from metal parts
• Load abrasive materials into blasting equipment
• Adjust air pressure and blasting settings for proper surface finish
• Inspect and maintain blasting equipment and safety systems
• Clean and maintain blast booth, filters, tools, and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Sweep floors, remove trash, recycle materials, and organize pallets
• Assist with standard operating procedures and general production support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or sandblasting experience preferred but not required
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely
• Basic English reading and communication skills
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to stay productive and organized despite interruptions
