Forklift Operators / Material Handlers

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Forklift Operators / Material Handlers for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Norwalk, Ohio. This position is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, supplying production lines, loading and unloading trailers, and ensuring materials are delivered to the correct locations safely and efficiently. Candidates should have previous forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: Starting at $19.50 + shift premium

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers
• Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Supply production areas with materials as needed
• Perform inventory and material movement transactions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
• Assist with other warehouse and material handling duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation and attendance
