This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential transportation services to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety while fostering a caring environment.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate community vehicles to transport residents to appointments, outings, and other destinationsAssist residents with boarding and alighting from vehicles as neededMaintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all timesFollow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportationKeep accurate records of trips and vehicle maintenance needsProvide friendly and respectful service to residents, promoting a positive community atmosphereSkills and Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrior experience in driving, transportation, or a related role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to assist seniors with mobility and provide compassionate serviceKnowledge of local area and navigation skillsDependable, punctual, and able to work three days a weekAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocolsAt Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs, we value our team members and are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment.
