Outside Sales Representative

Are you a skilled and confident sales professional with Air Compressor System, or related system, sales experience, but tired of Corporate America? In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, presenting solutions for compressed air and vacuum systems, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong technical aptitude, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. Roles and Responsibilities Provide best in class customer service, to clients that value your contributions. Consistently grow conversion rates to meet or exceed revenue goals. Drive Company Sales Plan Drive Company Sales Playbook Represent Compressed Air Power’s On-Brand Image to Ensure Great Customer Experience Leverage Technology Tools to Record Sales Activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical field is a plus). Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, compressed air systems, or other technical products. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex equipment and systems to customers. Proven ability to develop new business, leverage technology (CRM) to manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel within an assigned territory (generally the greater Phoenix market) between 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., with flexibility to meet customer needs. Valid driver’s license clean MVD and ability to pass a background check. Must be able to relocate to Phoenix, AZ prior to starting the role.
