Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Soledad, CA Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide direct supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other staff members. Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection and analysis. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans. Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
