Description


SAIC is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Technical Services Team Supervisor . We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader who is committed to driving team success, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an on call role with work schedule operations Sunday-Friday 8PM-6:30AM; these hours are subject to change. Ideal candidate will come from a leadership background who is able to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment.

This role is an ONSITE role in Fort Huachuca, AZ, must be local to area to be considered.

JOB DUTIES:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all team service level agreements are consistently met
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall team performance
• Communicate effectively with departments, stakeholders, and leadership
• Manage time recording and time keeping requirements
• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reports
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a goal-driven approach
• SIPR Support at Fort Huachuca

Qualifications


REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience; Years of experience in Lieu of degree to be reviewed.
• Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making capability
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide team members
• Must have SIPR Access
• Availability for 24x7 on-call support
• Ability to work a 9+ hour shift
• Subject matter expertise with AESMP, including reports and lists, dashboards, accounts, and related functions

Clearance:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
