Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3x12 Night Shifts (18:45 - 07:15), with weekend coverage required every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) who will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible in floating to other units based on skill set and needs. Candidates must possess experience in a community hospital setting and be proficient with the Omnicell medication system.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage patient care utilizing the Omnicell system.
• Provide care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to other units as needed based on organizational requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of EPIC experience is required.
• Active RN license in TN or a multistate license.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Experience in Med/Surg, MS/Tele, and Ortho trauma is preferred.
