Automotive Technician (Autonomous EV Fleet) - Austin, TX Pay: $24-$28/hr | Schedule: Variable (consistent shift assignment) | Work Environment: In-person | Type: Full-time Ready to put your wrench skills to work on the future of mobility? What You’ll Do As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining fleet performance through routine service, light repairs, and field support. You’ll be responsible for: Assessing and documenting vehicle damage after road incidents Performing minor on‑site repairs and coordinating major repairs with partner service centers Completing scheduled maintenance and inspections (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.) Monitoring vehicle condition and spotting issues before they become problems Supporting field operations with vehicle evacuations and towing coordination Transporting vehicles to service appointments, repairs, and washes to keep the fleet running smoothly Maintaining shop and fleet cleanliness, readiness, and safety compliance Shift Options (Assigned to One Consistent Shift) Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle—technicians are assigned to one consistent shift:

1. st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2. nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Weekends: Saturday-Sunday | 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM What We’re Looking For You don’t need to know everything about autonomous vehicles on day one— but you do need strong mechanical fundamentals, a safety‑first mindset, and the ability to stay calm when priorities shift.
