Purchasing Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Create, process, and manage purchase orders (POs) and direct orders (DOs) using Trend/Infor.
- Verify pricing, freight charges, delivery dates, and shipping information to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Track orders, backorders, replenishment needs, and ETAs to support product availability.
- Communicate with vendors, buyers, and internal departments to resolve order, inventory, and shipping issues.
- Maintain purchasing records and assist with receiving priorities and special projects.
Purchasing Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, including Trend/Infor preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
