Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Position Summary:

CGC is seeking an AI Program Manager and Organizational Transformation Lead to manage a four-month enterprise AI strategy and governance engagement. This individual will oversee project execution while leading the organizational-readiness, workforce, operating-model, change-management, and implementation-planning components of the engagement. The position will coordinate the multidisciplinary consulting team, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure that all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet the client's acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the project management plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, and deliverable review process.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client's program manager and stakeholders.

• Plan and facilitate the project kickoff, stakeholder interviews, workshops, status meetings, and deliverable review sessions.

• Assess organizational readiness, governance capacity, decision rights, accountability, workforce capabilities, and ability to absorb AI-driven change.

• Develop recommendations for the target-state operating model, organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and decision rights.

• Identify workforce capabilities and role-level needs required to support the client's AI strategy.

• Lead development of the implementation roadmap, including sequencing, dependencies, decision gates, resource needs, and change-management activities.

• Support the development of cost-tracking, forecasting, program allocation, and oversight approaches.

• Coordinate contributions from AI strategy, technology, risk, compliance, and organizational specialists.

• Maintain quality control and ensure deliverables are complete, consistent, traceable, and presentation-ready.

• Develop executive presentations, decision materials, status reports, and the final executive briefing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, organizational development, project management, or a related field.

• At least eight years of experience managing technology, digital transformation, organizational change, governance, or strategic consulting engagements.

• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and executive-level stakeholder engagements.

• Experience developing operating models, organizational-readiness assessments, implementation roadmaps, workforce plans, or governance structures.

• Strong project planning, facilitation, risk management, writing, and presentation skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical and organizational findings into practical implementation actions.

• Experience producing high-quality executive reports, roadmaps, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, SAFe, or comparable project or change-management certification.

• Experience managing AI, data, analytics, cloud, or digital-transformation programs.

• Experience supporting federal agencies, federally regulated organizations, or public-sector clients.

• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, generative AI, and organizational AI-adoption practices.
