BAYADA at Inspira Health is currently recruiting for a compassionate Home health Aide (HHA) to reliably serve Hospice patients in facilities throughout Gloucester County NJ.

As a Home Health Aide you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide services and skilled nursing to clients affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Requirements:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the NJ Aide Registry active and in good standing.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living
• Bathing grooming toileting nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance

Additional Information:

• Base Pay depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
• $19.00-$22.00 per hour
• $2500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time HHAs
