Trillium Staffing is now hiring warehouse line helpers for a leading provider of industrial metal products in Arlington, TX on 1st and 2nd shifts!

Position details: contract-to-hire with a 90-day evaluation period

Pay: $17/hour

1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Overtime available based on production demands.

Role overview: this role supports efficient warehouse operations through a variety of tasks essential to production and shipping. Key responsibilities include:

• Pulling and staging raw materials for production
• Performing finishing tasks on finished goods to meet quality standards
• Packaging materials according to customer specifications
• Preparing materials for outbound shipment
• Maintaining high productivity throughout all tasks
• Confirming work orders using computer systems
• Operating equipment such as overhead cranes (experience preferred but not mandatory) and forklifts/side loaders
• Handling materials and supplies as required
• Supporting machine operators and assisting with other assigned duties

Candidate requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have previous forklift experience
• Basic math and reading skills
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and work order confirmation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass re-employment screenings
