Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with the CEO in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused executive who has successfully built operational processes, led high-performing teams, and scaled B2B businesses. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming strategy into execution while ensuring operational efficiency across all business functions. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision. Build, implement and optimise operational processes and business systems. Lead and develop cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance. Drive operational excellence, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop KPIs, monitor performance and implement data-driven decision making. Manage budgets, resources and operational planning. Build and strengthen relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders. Ensure regulatory compliance and effective corporate governance. Lead organisational development, recruitment and talent management. Candidate Requirements Fluent Arabic speaker (essential). Portuguese language skills would be a distinct advantage. Egyptian nationals are preferred; however, applications from all nationalities are welcome. Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior operational leadership or executive management role. Proven experience building operational processes and business infrastructure from the ground up. Demonstrated success leading and growing B2B organisations . Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience reporting directly to a CEO or Board is highly desirable.
