Registered Nurse (RN) – Residential & Day Habilitation ProgramsSalary Range: $48–$50 per hour (based on experience)Education Requirements:Graduate of an accredited professional nursing programLicenses/Certifications Required:Active RN license in New York StateCPR/BLS CertificationValid NYS Driver's License (preferred)Skills Required:Strong oral and written communicationExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityFamiliarity with adaptive equipment and wheelchairsFlexibility to work across multiple program sitesSchedule Information:Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMOn-call availability during evenings or weekends as needed (Note: On-call does not require on-site presence; remote support is acceptable)Key Responsibilities:Coordinate health care services for individuals in residential and day programsIssue medical referrals and follow up on health concernsConduct staff training in medication administration, hygiene, infection control, and other health topicsAdminister medications and supervise AMAP-certified staffParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsMaintain accurate medical documentation and MARsProvide emergency care and first aidSupervise LPNs and support less experienced RNsTransport individuals to medical appointments as neededConduct assessments and provide in-servicesSupport individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settingsAdvertising Locations:Bronx, NYWestchester County, NYRockland County, NYContact for Applicant Resumes: Rebecca Balan Senior DSS Account Manager RCM Health Care Services View email address on click.appcast.io
