WHAT YOU'LL LEARN During your internship, you’ll gain exposure to Sales and lead generation Customer service and relationship building Insurance products and coverage needs Marketing and community outreach Follow-up and appointment setting Business development Goal setting and tracking Day-to-day agency operations How an agent builds and grows a book of business You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn from the team, and take on responsibilities as you become more comfortable in the role. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As an intern, you’ll support the agency while gaining practical experience in areas such as Following up with leads and prospective customers Making calls and assisting with appointment setting Supporting customer outreach and marketing activities Learning how to have conversations with customers about their insurance needs Assisting with customer service and account-related tasks Helping maintain accurate customer information and follow-up Participating in agency marketing and community activities Supporting the team with daily agency operations Learning how sales, service, and follow-up work together to grow an agency LICENSING The selected candidate must be willing and able to obtain the required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
