Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

Overview Customer Service Specialist – HSN. Assists Spanish and English‑speaking customers from home in Florida. Handles inbound calls, resolves issues, offers additional products, and facilitates orders, payments, refunds, and account inquiries. Location & Work Hours Remote role. Must reside in Florida. Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.
