As a WxTite Superintendent you will be able to:

• Site Safety, Quality & Security Oversight: Lead site safety, quality control, and security measures to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance.
• Project Coordination & Support: Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, permitting, material procurement, subcontractor agreements, and reporting.
• Execution & Delivery: Drive on-time, on-budget project completion with zero claims or callbacks.
• Field Documentation & Communication: Manage project documentation, including daily reports (e.g., Procore), transmittals, and field communications.
• Subcontractor & Logistic Management: Oversee subcontractor and supplier coordination, deliveries, and material/equipment/labor forecasting.
• Site Management & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and field office environment in alignment with company standards.
• Meeting & Closeout Procedures: Lead and participate in regular site meetings and manage tasks associated with project closeout.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on in-place quantities and unit price/allowance tracking.
• Document Control: Maintain accurate files of contract documents, submittals, and communications.
• Problem Solving & Adaptability: Identify and proactively resolve on-site issues and adapt to changing field conditions.
• Equipment Safety & Incident Reporting: Ensure equipment safety checklists are completed and incidents are reported.
• Client Communication & Support: Support customer relations through clear, professional communication and follow-up.
• Software & Tech Utilization: Use tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, for field reporting, scheduling, and organizational tasks.

Our ideal WxTite Superintendent will have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing or construction background preferred
• HS Diploma or GED
