Position Summary: The Roll Off Driver position is responsible for responding to crews and customers in need of roll off dumpster pick-up and delivery.

• Drives a roll off dumpster to and from job sites, customer locations, and landfill.
• Assists with operating the dump trucks as necessary.
• Assists with the organization and cleanliness of warehouse, parking areas, and all the yard property rented or owned by Tecta America.
• Maintain inventory of dumpsters.
• Communicate daily with superintendents by 3:30 pm each day to prepare needs for the following workday.
• Assist crew with load securement, as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional attendance
• Safe work practices
• Organizational skills
• Customer service skills.
• Previous experience operating a roll off.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License: Commercial Class B CDL (Commercial Class A CDL preferred).
• Hazmat Endorsement
• DOT requirements and clean driving record
• Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Occupational Health and Safety:

• Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control
• Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety
• Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace

Working Conditions: Physical surroundings : Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature. Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, both hot and cold and in windy conditions.
