UX/UI Conversion Specialist

Seeking a data-driven and user-focused UX/UI Conversion Specialist, this full-time position will manage the design, development, and optimization of landing pages and conversion pathways to enhance the digital experience and drive qualified leads, with the flexibility of remote work. Key responsibilities: Own the strategy and execution of the conversion rate optimization (CRO) program across all digital touchpoints Design, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages within WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience Analyze conversion funnel performance and leverage data to inform design and UX decisions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; equivalent experience considered 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, conversion rate optimization, or digital marketing Proficiency in WordPress and experience creating wireframes and prototypes using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions
