Call Center / Collections Representatives We are hiring call center/collections professionals to connect with customers and help resolve delinquent account issues. In this role, you will: Work directly with customers to find realistic repayment solutions Provide guidance, options, and support to help customers get back on track Deliver a positive, respectful, and solution-focused experience Balance customer needs with business objectives Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants will be prioritized.
