Digital Media Specialist

Sentry is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Paid Media Specialist to join our performance-driven paid media team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our B2B e-commerce business line by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. What You’ll Do Lead the launch, execution, and optimization of strategically planned paid media campaigns specifically for our B2B e-commerce business line. Manage and optimize campaigns across a diverse range of channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, X), and programmatic advertising platforms. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics and performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to refine campaign strategies and maximize ROI. Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment of paid media efforts with overall business objectives. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the digital paid media landscape. Manage budgets effectively to achieve performance targets. Responsible for campaign performance and ROI growth. What It Takes Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years related work experience in digital advertising or project management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities. Project Management Professional and/or PMI-Agile Certification preferred. Programmatic experience highly preferred. Marketing agency experience highly preferred. What You’ll Receive Sentry is happy to offer flexibility through a scheduled Hybrid work model.
