Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist

Driving day-to-day operational workflows in growth marketing, the temporary Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist will work in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely Monday and Friday, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer communications and improve technology used for marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Identifying opportunities for improvement in campaign performance and operational efficiency Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational plans and deliverables Monitoring campaign performance and addressing issues to maintain operational integrity Required qualifications 5-7 years of lifecycle marketing experience with acquisition and engagement initiatives Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking, with SQL experience preferred BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience Proactive and resourceful mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
