Microwave Operator - 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities Stack raw products to meet production specifications. Use hand‑held scanners to assign raw goods to license plates for accurate tracking and subsequent movement to production areas. Test raw goods using handheld power drill. Observe the condition of newly received loads for quality purposes. Organize and clean work areas and refrigerated storage. Success Criteria Follow safety, GMP, food safety, and quality policies. Maintain BRC compliance. Meet reporting accuracy standards. Fulfill customer requirements. Experience and Skill Requirements Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and solve problems. Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds dead weight. General understanding of computer technologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable handling small power tools. Practice good work habits and adhere to GMP procedures. Demonstrate good math and organizational abilities. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Skill in teambuilding, training, and teaching. On‑site position.
