Summary The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting store sales and company initiatives. This role builds customer relationships, promotes product discovery, and contributes to a collaborative store environment. Responsibilities Deliver customer service aligned with brand expectations and support sales and profit performance. Engage clients, expand the customer base, and participate in community outreach. Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support product discovery and customer access. Maintain sales floor standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback to management. Participate in team training and support store initiatives. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred. Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
