• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Install roofs daily, and Oversee daily installation, repair, or maintenance operations. Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks at critical milestones (e.g., underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and fastening) to guarantee work meets manufacturer specifications.
• Safety Management: Enforce company safety policies
• Client & Community Relations: Act as the primary onsite contact for homeowners. Greet clients, provide regular progress updates, address concerns, and document unanticipated issues (such as rotten decking) requiring change orders.
• Logistics & Materials Management: Verify material orders upon arrival, track tool inventories, and coordinate delivery drop zones to avoid site bottlenecks or property damage.
• Site Documentation: Take comprehensive pre-job and post-job photographs. Complete daily logs, track project milestones, and submit required paperwork through the company's field management software.
• Marketing Presence: Maintain a clean, immaculate job site. Professionally represent the brand to neighbors and passersby to foster referral opportunities and positive local reviews.
