Job SummaryThe FreeFlex Bag Packaging Operators II are responsible for the Inspection process, cleaning, loading all the commodities, setup, size changeover, startup activities, performing minor maintenance, and the normal operation of the batch. Additionally, they may be assigned tasks related to the general upkeep of the area, size change overs, setting up the line, and performing minor maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot ITD for Inspection Machine and troubleshoot Packaging robots, case labeler, leaflet machine, and case taper.Adept at problem solving. Specifically, to identify problem, developing solution, and execute corrections while adhering to all applicable SOPsPerform peer to peer batch record documentation review throughout the shift to ensure documentation is accurate and in alignment to the Good Documentation Practice standardsAbility to operate advanced HMI applications.Documenting work accurately and in a timely manner in the batch record and/or logbooks.Adheres to SOP’s, cGMP’s, and Safety Requirements.Performs “shadow” training of Packaging Operators III.Performs other duties as assigned by management.Responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities.Additional InformationWe offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability, 401K with company contribution, and wellness program.Please note that joining our team does not create a guaranteed or permanent employment arrangement.
