Location 9252 BUSH ST,Plymouth, CA, 95669-9008,United States Base Pay $18.00 / Hour Employee Type FT Non Exempt Description The Casino Cage / Players Club Clerk provides accurate cash handling and exceptional guest service while supporting cage financial transactions and Players Club loyalty program activities. This position ensures compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and customer service standards. Requirements Required Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalentrequired Previous cashiering, banking, or customer service experience preferred Prior casino cage or players club experience a plus Employment Disclaimer Nothing in this job description alters the at-will nature of employment or creates a contract of employment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cage Operations Perform cashiering duties including chip, token, ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO), and currency transactions Process jackpots, fills , credits, marker transactions, and check cashing in accordance with procedures Balance and reconcile cashier drawers and banks at the end of each shift Verify patron identification and comply with Title 31 / AML requirements Maintain security and confidentiality of cage funds, documents, and restricted areas Report discrepancies, shortages, or suspicious activity All other duties as assigned Players Club Operations Enroll guests in the Players Club and issue player cards Explain loyalty programs, promotions, tier levels, and benefits to guests Maintain and update player accounts, including personal information and preferences Process point redemptions, complimentary requests, and promotional offers Resolve basic guest inquiries related to player accounts and promotions #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
