- Obtained an Associate's (or higher) degree and/or a Parapro certificate
- Infant and child first aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Evidence of understanding of and the ability to abide by data privacy laws.
- Evidence of ability to accept direction from supervisor and work as a team member with other professionals.
