What You’ll Do Depending on the client's needs, you may provide:

• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation to appointments and activities
• Medication reminders
• Support that helps clients remain safely and independently at home

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, professional, and ready to make a difference. Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• A genuine desire to care for older adults
• A positive and professional attitude
• Dependability and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
• A reliable vehicle
• A valid driver's license
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
