Job description:We’re looking for anAssembly Technicianto join our team in Newport, NH. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems on the fly, and taking pride in building high-quality products. You’ll be directly involved in the assembly, testing, and final preparation of gas appliances, playing a critical role in getting our products ready for customers.What You’ll DoAssemble gas appliances using tools, fixtures, and detailed work instructionsPerform hands-on testing to verify function, safety, and qualityHandle final pack-off and preparation of products for shipmentKeep your workspace clean, organized, and safeSupport and guide other team members when neededWork closely with engineering, quality, and materials teamsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong mechanical skills and comfort with hands-on workExperience with gas plumbing or assembly processes is a plusSolid attention to detail and commitment to doing things rightAbility to work independently and follow precise instructionsWillingness to jump in, learn, and contribute to process improvementsBonus Points If You HaveBackground in appliance or mechanical assemblyFamiliarity with gas appliance safety testingLeadership or mentoring experience in a production settingJob Type: Full-timePay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Progressive Precision Manufacturing
