WhatYoullDo
- Create and manage purchase orders for remodeling projects
- Order cabinetry, flooring, tile, fixtures, lighting, and all the fun stuff that makes a house look good
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors to confirm selections and lead times
- Track orders and deliveries so schedules stay on track
- Communicate with suppliers about pricing, availability, and shipping updates
- Resolve the occasional thats not what we ordered moment with professionalism and grace
- Maintainaccuratepurchasing records andassistwith cost tracking
- Support field staff by coordinatingjob sitedeliveries
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, construction coordination, or administrative support
- Experience in kitchen and bath cabinet design is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a love for details
- Excellent communication andfollowuphabits
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,and/or construction software
- Bonus points for cabinet design experience or knowledge of residential remodeling
