Maintenance - Jared Jewelers - Buckhead Loop

Overview Jared Jewelers is looking for a dynamic Maintenance/Porter to support a customer‑centric store environment. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming retail space, both inside and outside the store, and supporting contracted vendors as needed. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance inside and outside the store. Keep the sales floor clean, including picking/sweeping up spills and debris. Maintain glass windows and doors, removing spots. Clean and maintain public restrooms on a scheduled basis. Keep the break room neat and orderly. Maintain the outside appearance by sweeping or removing debris and regularly emptying trash containers. Clear snow, slush, or ice from in front of the entrance. Monitor maintenance performed by contracted vendors. Utilize the ETS in accordance with company guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Genuine desire to serve customers by keeping retail and outdoor areas orderly. Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player. Moderate interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to use hand and power tools and basic carpentry skills. Visual and auditory skills. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
