Travel Surgical Technologist American Traveler seeks a Surgical Technologist with at least 1 year of hospital OR experience for a 13-week inpatient surgery assignment at a Level II trauma center. Assignment Overview Posted 13 days ago Shift: Variable, 4x10hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: ASAP Length: 13 weeks Openings: 2 Actual start date is typically 3-4 weeks from time the offer is received. Start dates are determined based on facility needs and credentialing requirements. Details Inpatient main OR setting at a Level II trauma center May float to an outpatient Same Day Surgery center as needed 10-hour shifts with varied days and possible weekend coverage No call requirements Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent hospital experience as a Surgical Technologist, or graduation from an accredited Operating Room Technician program BLS/BCLS certification required License required if applicable Additional Information Must be a W-2 employee of their placing agency First-time travelers will be considered as long as minimum experience requirements are met Pay Overview $1,941/wk Assignment Total (13 Weeks) $25,238 Annual Equivalent (52 Weeks) $100,953 Weekly Breakdown Weekly Wages $1,243/wk Regular Hours $25.00 x 32 hours/wk = $800 OT Hours $55.35 x 8 hours/wk = $443 Weekly Stipends $699/wk Lodging $31.80 x 7 days = $223 Meals & Incidentals
