Retail Warehouse Specialist

We're seeking a Retail Warehouse Specialist for our Weston location who can juggle tasks, stay organized, and jump in wherever needed. If you're a strong communicator with a flexible mindset and a passion for helping customers, you'll play a key role in bringing our store to life.

Location: This job is performed in-person at 657 Main Street, Weston, Vermont.

Key Responsibilities:


• Communicate inventory issues to Leaders.

• Responsible for receiving all products into warehouse and reporting any discrepancies.

• Manage/process restock to the floor.

• Keep the warehouse organized and set to receive any additional product the following day.

• Participate in routine audits of inventory.


• Perform special projects or duties as assigned by the Leaders, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.

• Support other areas of the company if needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Facilitate and encourage effective communication with co-workers and across departments.
• Exhibit a spirit of teamwork in effectively fulfilling responsibility.
• Possesses an attitude that the "customer comes first".
• Dependability and flexibility required, as well as a positive and professional approach to customers and the business.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a knowledge of basic computer functionality and e-mail, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
