We are seeking a Pharmacist to support a community pharmacy under the direction of the pharmacy manager. This role focuses on prescription verification, patient counseling, and medication therapy management, with coverage expected on rotating weekends and weekdays.
Responsibilities
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Counsel patients on medications and their proper use.
- Provide medication therapy management services.
- Support safe and effective medication use in a community pharmacy setting.
- Provide rotating weekend and weekday coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active pharmacist license.
- Experience with prescription processing.
- Knowledge of medication safety practices.
- Strong communication skills.
