Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator - Albuquerque, NM Job Description The Clinical Research Coordinator will support and coordinate clinical trial activities for a designated study, working approximately 24 hours per week. This role focuses on patient recruitment efforts such as performing chart review, pre-screening potential participants, and performing community based outreach. Responsibilities + Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial activities for assigned studies in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines. + Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical research studies, following approved inclusion and exclusion criteria through chart review. + Conduct community outreach efforts to raise awareness of ongoing studies and support participant enrollment. + Collaborate with clinical and research staff to ensure smooth study operations and effective communication across the research team. + Monitor participant progress and follow up as needed to support protocol compliance and retention. + Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspects of study coordination, including documentation, reporting, and communication. + Adhere to all applicable ethical, regulatory, and institutional requirements related to clinical research. Essential Skills + Minimum 1+ year of experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC). + Hands-on experience with clinical trials and clinical research processes. + Proficiency with EMR systems. + Demonstrated ability to manage patient recruitment activities for clinical studies. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience performing community outreach related to clinical research participation. + Familiarity with clinical research best practices and regulatory standards. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with participants and research staff. + Organizational skills to manage study timelines, documentation, and follow-up activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
