Skills You love a clean, neat and organized work environment. You can handle a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen. You prefer working on a team, helping out your peers, and jumping in where you are needed - even if it’s taking out the trash or mopping floors. You take your job seriously and don’t call out or show up late unless it’s a true emergency. You like to hustle, always keep moving and would prefer to stay busy. You’re excited to learn something new and be part of something good. Responsibilities You operate, clean and maintain a commercial dishwasher and other kitchen equipment. You stay organized, put things back where they belong, and keep cleaning throughout your shift. You maintain correct sanitation concentrations and heat levels to ensure we keep our guests safe. You are a skilled communicator and love to keep yourself and everyone else on task. You show up on time, in uniform, ready to work every day. You take and receive direction and help others when they fall behind. When you see something that isn’t right, you go out of your way to make it right. Stand up and move for most - if not all - of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Work weekends and holidays. Get to work in inclement weather (we are from Buffalo, we don’t close for snow).
