Dual -Licensed Mental Health & SUD Counselor - LADC/LPCC/LICSW - Pride Program

Responsibilities Foundations Minnesota is seeking a talented and dynamic LADC Counselor - Dual Diagnosis to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. LADC required. Dual-licensure strongly preferred: LPCC/LGSW/LMFT or provisional licensure may be considered. Foundations Minnesota is a member of Foundations Recovery Network, a nationwide network of addiction care with more than 20 years of providing evidence-based, patient-centered treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. The Pride Program is now part of Foundations Minnesota , a new entity designed to strengthen mental and behavioral health services, expand programming, and ensure long-term sustainability. This transition allows us to better meet the needs of our communities while also preserving the Pride Program's LGBTQ+ specialty outpatient track. This transition reflects our commitment to inclusive, high-quality care and positions us to serve more individuals with comprehensive behavioral health solutions. Position Summary: The position will provide on-going assessments, treatment planning, diagnostic assessments, progress reviews, continuing care planning, and individual/group counseling sessions involving recovery education. This is a salaried, full-time, benefits-eligible position at our Pride Program, based in Minneapolis, MN, with a daytime schedule Monday through Friday. Qualifications Experience and Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in alcohol & drug couseling, mental health, marriage & family therapy, and/or social work required. Master's degree strongly preferred. Licensure: Current LADC required. LPCC/LGSW/LMFT strongly preferred. Additional Requirements: have 1-2 years' experience in the chemical dependency field and 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training; and have insight regarding the unique challenges faced by our clients. They must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding their hiring.
