Responsibilities: Schedule service appointments and gather customer and vehicle data, leveraging our modern digital systems. Welcome customers warmly and promptly, showcasing our tech-savvy approach. Document vehicle issues accurately and digitally on repair orders. Use cutting-edge technology to access service history and recommend additional needed services. Advise customers on car care using the latest manufacturer recommendations. Explain completed work and all charges using digital platforms for transparency.
