Dental/Orthodontic Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented Dental/Orthodontic Assistant to join our practice in Davenport, Florida.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about patient care and eager to learn in a positive, family-friendly environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred, and we highly value team members who are cross-functional and willing to assist both clinically and administratively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor chairside during patient appointments
• Take records, photos, and digital scans as needed
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient scheduling
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
• Support both clinical and front-office operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required

Experience:
Experience is not mandatory. Recent dental assisting school graduates are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our practice.
