Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist.

Iselin, NJ • Contract.

15–20 hours/week • Hybrid/In-Person.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a mental health Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.

This is a part-time contract position with a flexible hybrid/in-person schedule. The ideal candidate has experience working with children and adolescents and is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current, active New Jersey clinical license.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Ability to provide individual, group, and/or family therapy.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, ERP, art therapy, or other evidence-based approaches is a plus.
• Experience working with autism/developmental disabilities is also valued.

Accepted licenses include:

• LCSW.
• LPC.
• LMFT.
• Licensed Psychologist.
• Licensed Art Therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Coordinate care with families and other healthcare or education professionals.
• Provide telehealth services when appropriate.
• Support clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

Schedule:

• 15–20 hours per week.
• Must be available for 2 evenings and Saturdays.
• Hybrid/in-person schedule.
