Registered Dietitian

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team and enrich our patient care. This role involves comprehensive dietetic services in our inpatient rehabilitation and home health settings, focusing on designing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for patients with diverse needs. Responsibilities Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and implement personalized dietary‑care plans and provide nutritional counseling. Consult with physicians and health care personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of patients. Monitor patient progress, reassess nutritional plans, and make appropriate adjustments as necessary. Lead educational workshops and support groups for patients and families to enhance their understanding and practical skills in managing dietary health. Stay current with the latest nutrition research to improve care and patient outcomes. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of clinical nutrition in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to assess patient nutritional needs, develop personalized plans, and monitor outcomes. Proficient in using electronic health records and dietary analysis software.
