Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll have the unique experience of working at several school sites, serving students in the Crooksville and Marietta areas, as well as Switzerland of Ohio Schools. This dynamic caseload offers variety and the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families committed to student growth and well-being.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP (CCC or CFY considered)
- Previous school-based SLP experience is valued, though not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to supporting children of varied backgrounds and abilities across K-12 settings
- Competency in assessment, development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students across elementary, middle, and high school
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and manage IEPs in collaboration with general and special education staff
- Consult with teachers, caregivers, and related service professionals for student programming
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing professional expertise and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and state regulations
