Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Locums Job in Georgia September and Ongoing, Flexible Schedule
Schedule and Coverage Details: Ideal start: by or before October 1 Shifts: 8 hour workday, 8a-4p No night call or night coverage required Coverage needed: average 10 days per month Responsibilities: entering charges (TBD), admissions, medication management, plan of care management, daily rounds on every patient (unit standard) Patient volume: 16 per day Patient base: CMI average 1.6, mid to high-acuity Patient mix: post-stroke/neuro rehab 60%, ortho 16%, other 24% Flexibility on schedule - Medical Director will his work schedule around the locums availability Team conferences every 4 days, likely Monday and FridayFacility Details and Locum Requirements:
Support staff: full team of RNs, unit manager and Medical director
EMR: EPIC
Beds: 210, 20 bed rehab unit
Active Georgia license required
